What the Deluxe Edition adds
Steam lists the Deluxe Edition extras as six legendary land and air vehicles, two architectural wonders, four wildlife additions, three handcrafted maps, Tycoon Cars, three additional fun elements and franchise soundtracks.
The pre-purchase offer is listed separately and includes the TS Queen Mary, Great Pyramid and Asian elephant. Treat these as store-listed bonuses at the time of checking, not permanent pricing advice.
Collector’s Edition
Paradox describes a Collector’s Edition that includes the Deluxe Edition digitally plus a Hero Statue, the Quartets card game, a hardcover artbook, stickers, a signature keychain, a collector’s poster, a music box with soundtrack access and a signed thank-you card.
The publisher page states that the Collector’s Edition includes a digital copy and no physical game disc. Availability and purchase terms should be checked on the publisher’s current page.
The official Support FAQ checked at 07:19 UTC on 29 September 2026 says the physical Collector’s Edition is limited to 10,000 units in its first production batch. That is a published batch limit, not a statement about every later production run.
